It has been used and has some largely cosmetic wear/marks etc, including a section on one side where the blue enamel coating is nolonger there (this is from when the machine was repaired after somebody used it without fitting the bolt which holds the handle in place correctly rather than a problem with the machine's manufacture, design etc - it has been thoroughly tested since the repair). There are also some other smaller sections where the enamel coating has chipped away. The cutter is in working order.It has been used and has some largely cosmetic wear/marks etc. I have fixed brown tape around the sides and underneath, which has been cut through by the cutter's blade underneath and provides an easy to use guide for when cutting badge artwork etc. The perspex cutting board has some wear, marks etc from use but is in good working order. Some of the packaging containing the components has been opened but otherwise the components themselves are generally as new and ready to use.
